But, as is often the case, less is more. In the cellar, our aim is to avoid all undue intervention on the superb grapes that nature offers us. To preserve all the pleasure of the fruit, born out of the complicity between Mediterranean sun and cool Atlantic air.
No fancy winemaking methods then, nor intrusive technologies in the Arbeau cellars. Just what it takes of technical skill, expertise and understanding. For us, the cellar is there to serve the vineyard.
